I believe in the liveliness of legal entities. In my understanding, every business – regardless of the industry or the economic sector in which it operates, has a soul, a personality, its own DNA.

This breath of life, with greater or lesser intensity, is perceived and felt by anyone who establishes a relationship with the company. This perception, in its turn, allows for trust to build, and such trust is at the core of the company’s existence.

However, simply “staying alive” is not enough. So that the company remains in perfect health, it is necessary that its immaterial part – its spirit – never age.

“Should your soul feel that a phenomenon, fairly characteristic of our time, is something external or undecipherable, know that something in you wants to grow old,” writes Ortega y Gasset in his fantastic book “What is Philosophy?”.

Therefore, it is necessary that the company’s intelligence be constantly challenged to pursue new endeavors. Otherwise, as a live organism, it could be at risk of becoming listless, isolated and indifferent to those synergetic interactions that can give it vitality.

Changes happen at unbelievable speed in our times. Thus, so that companies can rejuvenate and not be regarded as outdated, they must identify and understand pattern changes quickly, and turn that digested information into practical action.

Analyzing the trajectory of our office in particular, I can say that we have recently been under intensive therapy, in an arduous process of rejuvenation.
